This Retainer Agreement is being made with Tentpeg, LLC for our basic design package. Tentpeg’s basic unlimited plans are designed to serve a single entity’s regular monthly design needs. Most single-campus entities typically need less than 20 elements created in any given month. Sometimes, this amount may increase during the busier seasons of Christmas, Easter, conferences etc. We call these plans “unlimited” to help you not worry about hitting any limit in busier months. If you have a month with a need for 20 projects, go for it! *

The client will receive unlimited graphic design with the understanding that one project will be fulfilled at a time. All requests will be submitted via the request form provided and all projects will be completed in 2-3 business days.**

This Agreement will become effective on the date signed and will last until the client cancels the retainer. Tentpeg reserves the right to end the retainer at any time. Once the retainer is ended, all completed files will be turned over to the client. If the retainer is ended before the billing cycle is complete, no refunds for unused time will be granted. Tentpeg will continue to work for the client until the end of the billing cycle.

Tentpeg will invoice you on the first of each month for the amount of $500 with payment due upon receipt.

** If your organization regularly needs 25+ projects created monthly, or 5+ larger projects (booklets, conference packs etc) we will need to connect with you about our Pro Plan with a customized monthly plan price in order to serve you better. The Pro Plan ensures that you can still receive your media requests promptly and at a high-quality standard tentpeg is known for.

** This may vary depending on the scope of the project, it's usually much quicker. Should more time be needed we will notify you before starting the project.
